Who We Are
Child and Youth Protection Foundation (CYPF) is an autonomous, not-for-profit, non-governmental and non-political organization established in June 2008.
We work with government institutions, schools, communities, religious organizations, civil society organizations and individuals to create an enabling environment and opportunities for the proper development of children and youth in Nigeria.

A society which respects the rights of children and youth and promotes a positive and enabling environment for them to grow and develop into responsible adults.

Our Latest Project
What We Achieved
CYPF is creating safer and more supportive environments for children and young people. Through our menstrual health and hygiene (MHH) programme, with support support from Mundo Cooperante, we improved school WASH facilities, strengthened menstrual health education, and promoted peer-to-peer learning and access to menstrual hygiene resources.
We also engaged boys in conversations on healthy masculinity, challenging harmful stereotypes and encouraging respect and their role in preventing violence against girls and women.
